What we take care of
The driving component of an event involves a number of moving parts. Our role is to take care of these elements, ensuring they are managed as a single, coordinated system. All elements are managed by a single team, reducing complexity and removing the need for organizers to coordinate multiple suppliers.
- Route planning and feasibility checks: Designed around group size, vehicle type, timing constraints, and local conditions
- Lead cars and on-road coordination: Ensuring consistent pacing, group management, and clear navigation throughout the experience

- Toll systems and access management: Including Telepass handling and restricted-area permissions where applicable
